2015 in Review
Holy crap, has it been a year since I posted a journal! I'm alive, I promise! As you can see, I no longer have the pretty journal skins that come with subscriptions (RIP icon lists). I've mostly been focused on writing this year, but I did manage to post 7 pictures to add to my 2015 in Review. I'll do what I can this year, because... well... tradition! Year nine of doing this, here we go! I tag anyone else who wants to do this! :)

By this point in the year, I hadn't drawn for a while. I was SO pleased to see that not only had I actually gotten better, but I was able to actually draw a consistent
2014 in Review
I've done this for seven years and it would be a shame to break the tradition, yeah? So, even though I did less art this year than in years past... here's 2014 in review, for year eight! :D
Most Proud of:
My reduction block print from the art class I took last January! It was such a fun class and this was an awesome project! I'm still proud of how it turned out, because I worked so hard to get this right! :)
My Best:
If I could make this one again, I would fix up how the sky and the roof seem to mesh together. I would also change the direction of the points, but seriously, I'm so happy with how this turned out! Especially the fount

Wow, has it really been since August that I posted my last journal? Jeez...
Well, a LOT has happened in that time and I was getting tired of seeing the really depressing journal on my page, so here's a more optimistic one.
I was just offered a full-time position! It's nothing huge, or artsy, but it's a job and that is ABSOLUTELY something I need right now! Merry Christmas to me! :D You guys have no idea how hard I have been working to get this job and I am so relieved and just plain old happy. It seems like a good place with good people and there will also be time after work for me to continue working on
